I’m watching Twilight over at my mom’s house and my little brother is in the room, playing some dumb game on the computer. The dinner date scene is on and he swiveled his chair around to watch. I thought, “Awww! Look at that! He’s learning from Edward!”
But I was wrong. Way wrong.
My little brother Jacob looks over to me before turning back to the computer and says, “That guy has a butt chin.”
My face instantly wrinkled in annoyance, and stuck there while I tried to figure out what to say. I felt like Bella at the end of Twilight when Edward says he’s leaving, a big stuttering mess. “Um, it’s called a CLEFT in his chin, and he’s the most handsome man I’ve ever SEEN, so shut up!” was the best I could come up with.
Without missing a beat or looking up from his game, he said, “I just think it’s really weird you like guys with butt chins, Whitley.”
Isn’t that just something someone named JACOB would say about Edward/Rob? He’s a mouthy kid.

Hilarious! It’s better that his name is Jacob…seems fitting. Blah, what do lilttle brother know! My (not so) little brother says that that guy looks dirty and greasy…when looking at Rob’s pics. I just say, YEP, that’s how I like him!

That is too cute! My little brother tries to pretend he doesn’t like it, but he asks me questions about it a lot. He’s a secret fan.
HA HA HA!! That is really funny. When my older brother watched the movie his only comment on Robward was that he thought he was TOO good looking but had an abnormally large forehead.

Well, DH has a cleft chin, so maybe your lil’ bro just touched on one of the subtle reasons I am smitten with R-Patts (and I never even thought of that!). If lovin’ a man with butt chin is wrong, I don’t want to be right! (and I am <i?totally only referring to DH here. really. no, i mean it…)

The forehead, huh? Rob’s face is a hot topic, it seems! To me, the conversation ends with, “It’s all perfect.”
Well I remember last when our brothers got together that I mentioned to my father that were going to be watching Twilight and that he would sit through it quietly and he would like it. Well both of our brothers turned to me and said “nu huh, Jessie, Twilight is stupid!” Well to keep from slapping them into the next apartment I said in a very nast voice ” well this is my house and you can sit your ass outside and I will turn the surround sound up really lound and you will have to listen to it anyway!” You can just imagin the look I got because they couln’t say anything about it! HAHAHA I felt better until later that day when Jacob attacked my love for Paramore. He really is a mouthy kid!
